You can get support about software bugs and download EICASLAB Suite products and updates from the My account main page.

The Support/Download page reports a section where you can:

• search for a specific software bug and get the related support;
• view the complete list of reported bugs;
• notify a new bug.

The second section of the Support/Download page allows you to:

• visualize al your EICASLAB licenses;
• download the products you have purchased by means of the Purchase EICASLAB Suite page;
• download the updates of your EICASLAB Suite modules.
